 <\/span>” During the 80s things took a strange
\ntwist for Steve when he heard of a steel band starting at Earlsdon Methodist
\nChurch. Steve along with his sister Sheryl and Elaine (his wife to be), joined
\nDayspring but this time with Steve playing the bass pans.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dayspring
\nplayed in some fantastic places over the years, such as Brixton academy,
\nBlackpool winter gardens, Battersea Park playing to thousands of people. Steve
\ntook control and became musical director of Dayspring in 1997 where he arranged
\nmusic and led Dayspring. Steve even managed to reform with some of the original
\nand previous members in 2015 calling themselves \u2018re Sprung\u2019.” <\/span><\/p>\n
